At the same time is there necessity to initiate negotiations with single customs offices in the sense of issuing of new permissions for simplificated proceedings and permissions of modes with economical impacts.
It stands already clear today that particular customs office will take given matters individually. We consider hence advisable to start oral proceedings with customs office and make clear following:

PST CLC in China Once Again
PST CLC, Inc. repeadtely participated in the exhibition of Transport and Logistics China 2010, which was held last month in Shanghai for the fourth time. The company presentation ran a joint stand organized by Czech Trade together with companies Skyport, Metrans, OLTIS Group and Spedica. e-Customs
The Customs Authorities of Community realize nowadays in scope of Project e-Customs in the range of import named ICS (Import Control System) and AIS (Automated Import System).
The project alone consists in full electronisation of customs proceeding inland (AIS), due to it will be removed the paper background and importer´s obligation extented by lodgment of entering summarized declarations (ESD) to customs office of entry of the goods in territory of Europe Community (ICS).

AEO (Authorised Economic Operator)
Officials of Customs Administration of České Budějovice has checked the adherence to conditions and criterias of EC Commission Regulation to be fulfilled in each operated logistic center by Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) in our new rented warehouse facilities Úžice early in May 2010.
As resultat has been confirmed an affirmative acknowledgement.
