At the same time is there necessity to initiate negotiations with single customs offices in the sense of issuing of new permissions for simplificated proceedings and permissions of modes with economical impacts.
It stands already clear today that particular customs office will take given matters individually. We consider hence advisable to start oral proceedings with customs office and make clear following:
Ø When it will be possible to apply for permission of electronic communication?
Ø Is current simplified proceeding permission pursuant to the e-importing project?
Ø Will customs office issue a new permission of simplified proceeding on one´s own accord?
