„Motivation as foot-stone of success in personnel work“

PST Ostrava Company has prepared and tendered an interested „Motivational prospectus“ for all its handling device drivers, which is inspired by motor point philosophy. The motivational competition consists of posibility to win, but also to lose points for (not) abidance by rules in segment of health safety and preservation. The tendering applies for all year 2010. All participants will get assessment of performance at beginning of 2011 year and the best of them will be awarded by interesting financial prize.
